Placing An Order
Ordering from announce & Page is easy. Whenever you wish to order, email or call us to discuss your application for further discount . Or use the shopping cart with all your items. Simply reply to order, select any options that may be available and click on that button. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply select Check Out and fill out the proceeding forms.
After placing an order
After placing your order an automated email confirmation is sent immediately to the email address entered in the billing information. When your order is processed Announce & Page will send an email confirmation to the email address entered in the billing information. When your order is shipped an email shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address entered in the shipping information.
Each email sent includes a link to a printable invoice PDF file. By clicking on the link you may immediately receive your printable invoice suitable for most reimbursement requirements. Viewing PDF documents requires the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader version 4.0 or greater. If you don't already have it installed, you will need to download and install it before using Acrobat documents.
Orders shipped outside the UK
All orders shipped to locations outside of the UK requiring weigh bills will be subject to a weigh bill charge. Announce-page will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any equipment shipped by Announce & Page to any country other then the United Kingdom. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver to satisfy any cost associated with said shipment.

We offer your choice of Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Pay Pal ), prepayment by check or money order.

Doing business outside of the UK who wish to pay via American Express or Government IMPAC card may do so by submitting credit card information.
Domestic & International Wire Transfers: Wire transfers may be initiated for all orders. Upon completing an order with wire transfer selected as the method of payment an email will be sent with banking information. Banking information may also be requested by sending an email to info@announce-page.com or use our on line form. Please initiate your wire transfer as soon as possible. £25.00 must be added to your order to cover bank charges for wire transfer of your payment. Orders with wire transfer as payment method are cancelled within 14 days if the transfer is not received.
Fast Ordering or Walk-in Direct Deposits for Same Day Shipping: For fast order processing when a credit card is not available or not permitted bank deposits may be made. Upon completing an order with wire transfer selected as the method of payment request direct deposit payment information by sending an email to shipping@announce-page.com . When the deposit is made email or call immediately with information on the deposit so that your order can be processed without delay. Please initiate your bank deposit as soon as possible. Orders with wire transfer as payment method are cancelled within 14 days if the transfer is not received.

Shipping
Most items are shipped via , our selected shipping courier . Some large items may be forwarded via motor freight carrier. All orders received before 12:30 Noon PST (business days) are processed and shipped the same day (based on product availability). All other orders maybe processed later on the same day, but shipped on the next business day.
Shipping charges on most orders are set at a fixed rate by our systems. These charges are not the actual shipping charges charged by the carrier but a discounted amount charged to our customers as a convenience. Heavier shipments are determined by the weight of the items and the dimensional weights charged by P2SHIP/UPS/FedEx. All shipping charges will be shown in your shopping cart after you have entered your /postal code. Additional charges will be added for shipping outside europe. Should any additional shipping cost apply, announce & page.com will send you an email or call you requesting confirmation of such additional charges prior to shipping.
Refused Shipment by Customer: If you have placed an order and announce & Page has shipped the product, in the event that the receiver refuses the shipment for any reason the customer will be responsible for the true shipping cost charged by the carrier to his/her location as well as the return shipment to announce & page.com. Once the carrier has returned the equipment to Announce & Page, credit will be issued to the customer's credit card account less a 10% restocking fee and the actual shipping charges by the carrier. The flat rate shipping charge on your order is not the actual shipping charge by the carrier, but a discounted charge provided by Announce & Page to its customers.
Errors in shipping: It is the customer's responsibility to confirm when placing their order online or by phone that the desired method is selected and confirmed. Announce & Page will not be responsible for errors entered by the customer after the order has been confirmed by email. Announce & Page makes its best efforts to ship the customers order as they so wish and have selected. On occasion, an error may occur by the Announce & page shipping department whereas the method in which the customer has selected correctly is not entered. In the event this occurs, a credit between the method selected and the actual delivery time of the shipment will be credited to the customer's account after Announce & page has received confirmed delivery from the carrier. For instance, if a customer orders a package Next Day Air with delivery by 12:00PM local time, and the package is not delivered until the next day, a credit between the charges for Next Day Air AM Delivery and 2-Day Air delivery will be credited to the customers account or credit card. The credit will appear within 24 hours of notification request. At no time will credit in full be issued unless the carrier has lost the package and Announce & Page has opened a claim.
Equipment Damaged during Shipment: Announce & Page and its vendors / suppliers make their best efforts to package your shipment to protect it from any damage that may occur from normal shipping methods. From time to time damage may occur from our normal carriers and is out of the control of Announce & Page. All packages are shipped fully insured by Announce & Page through its normal carriers and customers must report any damage in a timely manner to be reimbursed for damages caused by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to inform announce & page by calling 02890625911, press 2 for customer service or emailing us at customerservice@announce-page.com Come within FIVE (5) Business Days of any damaged equipment received. It is always best to refuse any package received that appears to be damaged and have the carrier note rejection due to damage. Announce & Page may be required at the time of opening a claim with the carrier to produce the package for inspection. PLEASE keep all packaging and containers/boxes for the inspector. The customer must cooperate with Announce & Page and the carrier to expedite the claim. Credit will be issued to the customer once the carrier has accepted the claim and the carrier agrees to pay for the damage. NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY Announce & Page AFTER FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMER OR PROOF OF DELIVERY CONFIRMED BY THE CARRIER TO THE CUSTOMER.
Address Corrections: If a customer enters an order with the incorrect delivery information (i.e. Wrong Address, No Suite Number, No Floor Number, No Company Name or Wrong Post Code) and Announce & Page is billed for an "Address Correction" by the carrier, the customer agrees to have the credit card on file with Announce & Page charged a £10.00 Address Correction Fee to off-set the charges assessed by the carrier. The customer will be notified by phone from our customer service department of this correction and charge.
Other shipping arrangements may be made upon request. If desired please add such requests in the Comments box on the order form.
Lost Shipment / Undelivered Shipments
In the event a shipment to you has been lost or misdelivered, it is your responsibility to notify our customer service department within 21 days of your order date and inform us that you have not received your goods in a timely fashion. Claims for lost shipments must be made with the carrier and it is imperative that you inform us within this amount of time. Any claims for lost shipments or equipment not delivered must be made within these twenty-one (21) days or no credit will be issued to the customer or credit card holder. Any Claims outside of 30 days will be denied and Announce & Page, will not be held responsible for any reimbursements of any costs.
Once a claim has been approved, the payment will be processed. Announce & Page will credit the credit card of the cardholder or reship the equipment as requested by the customer within five (5) business days. In the event the equipment was purchased by cash, check, wire transfer or money order (Pre-Paid), typically, claim checks are mailed to the shipper's billing address on file three to five business days (3-5) after Announce & Page receives the payment from the carrier. In the event the claim is not approved for payment, Announce & Page will contact the purchaser.
INSTALLATIONS OR CONDITIONS FOR TENDERING.
1. No contract will exist between us until the goods are handed to you or dispatched or on our accepting your order by e-mail after validation of your credit card and order details.
2. On deciding the suitability of the goods ordered by us, a contract may need drafted by Announce & Page and signed for that particular purpose.
3. As a Valcom Contractor you are protected against description by us of the goods given by way of identification only. Descriptions and specifications are those of our suppliers and installation designs must be adhered to.
Security
4. All transactions take place on a secure link, protected by a 128-bit encryption technology. The secure system used is Paypal own Internet Payment Service "ePDQ". This means that when buying online from this shop your card details are better protected than when using your card in some of the more conventional ways, for example phone, or fax.
Privacy Policy
5a, Emails: we do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses ('spam'). Any e-mail correspondence will only refer to outstanding queries or orders. You will only be required to provide information required for the transaction. All relevant information given at the time of ordering will be collected. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
5b, Cookies: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Us.

Delivery
7. All goods are subject to availability which you should check before ordering. We will use our reasonable endeavors to despatch all orders within 7 working days or receipt of the order and cleared funds, otherwise we will inform you immediately and endeavor to agreed with you another date for delivery. If no date can be agree then the contract between us will be cancelled and any Monies paid by you will be refunded. In no event will we be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay or failure to deliver.
Guarantee and Liability
8. We will either replace free of charge goods damaged or lost in transit or refund any money paid by you for the goods provided you give notification in writing of such damage or loss within 7 days from delivery or in the case of European or other countries deliveries within 7 days of the latest date by which you would have expected to receive the goods.
9. All products are sold with a 12 months warranty from date of receipt unless stated. If any goods are or become defective by reason only of use of defective materials or faulty workmanship or manufacture within a reasonable time from the date of despatch we will repair or replace at Company's Discretion. This is conditional upon the goods having been returned to us in good order accompanied by a copy of the receipt or other evidence that the goods were purchased from us and conditional upon defects not being caused as a result of your failure to comply use or instructions as to the storage, installation and commissioning use or maintenance of the goods or if you alter or repair such goods without our written consent. All goods returned carriage may be negotiated at point of sale although normally the customer will pay for carriage and insurance.
10. Where goods are returned under either Condition 8 or Condition 9 and the goods are found not to be defective and to be in full working order, they will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods together with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
11. The provisions mentioned above are in addition to your statutory rights.
Cancellation Right
12. You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the goods has expired. All such goods must be returned in an "as new" condition together with all packaging accessories and must not have been opened. Where any goods are returned and received by us in accordance with this clause we will refund the money paid by you for those goods within 30 days of the date that they are so received by us. Not applicable to Trade or Quantity or Export Customers. This right shall not apply to any perishable item or any sealed audio or video recording or computer software where they have been unsealed carriage and insurance paid by Customer.
Complaints
13. We will respond to all complaints promptly, and deal with them fairly .If you have any complaints, please contact us in writing by e-mail, Fax or post . We will respond to all complaints within 5 working days, with a view to achieving an acceptable resolution within 7 working days thereafter.
Miscellaneous
14. Whereas risk shall pass to you on delivery of the goods ownership of the goods shall not pass until we have received payment in full. In the event of the goods being returned the ownership of the goods shall revert to us (as shall the risk) on receipt of the goods
